Welcome to West Heath Surgery

West Heath Surgery is located within West Heath Medical Centre. We aim to provide first class up to date healthcare to the community while maintaining a family doctor relationship with all patients enabling continuity of care throughout a patient’s life. The Practice will continue to provide patient focused services using the criteria of clinical excellence providing healthcare to the community with equity and equality of access.

Monday: 8:00 am — 8:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am — 8:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am — 8:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am — 8:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am — 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am — 2:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am — 12:00 pm

Our phone lines open at 8:30 am Monday to Friday, 9:00 am on Saturdays, and 8:00 am on Sundays.

On Sundays we have our Extended Access Hub access- please be aware that our doors may be closed during this time to ensure the safety of our team and patients.

We are closed during bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s day. If you need out of hours care see below.
